A Visionary Leader
Robin Smith, R.N., Administrator, Owner
With over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in geriatric care, Robin acts as a compassionate bridge for families who cannot be there for their loved ones. As an RN and the owner, she works personally with each patient, ensuring every detail is addressed to promote a speedy recovery and to make certain no one ever feels alone. Her passion, compassion, and empathy, fueled by her own family experiences, drive her to a standard of excellence that sets her apart.
Our Support
Staffing Coordinator
Our Staffing Coordinator ensures that every home health aide (HHA) and certified nursing assistant (CNA) meets our high standards before they ever come to your home. They are responsible for vetting each caregiver, which includes completing Level II FBI background checks, verifying current certifications, checking references, and confirming state licensure. Most importantly, they must pass our litmus test for being truly compassionate and caring.
Community Liaison
Our Community Liaison is our key contact with the community and is responsible for sharing our passion for care. Whether they are meeting with discharge planners at local hospitals, engaging with volunteers at the Alzheimer’s Association, or visiting a patient in a nursing home, our liaison works to build relationships with the organizations and people essential to our industry.
